Who can become a partner?
Any organisation supporting care or hospitality operations can reach out to us for

Is there a cost to partner with Orta?
None at all. Our partnerships are free to join, with any additional commercial
arrangements agreed case-by-case for integrations or co-marketing.
What support will we receive?
You’ll have a dedicated point of contact at Orta, plus access to full training and
integration support.
How do we get started?
Just fill out the partnership form and we’ll be in touch within two working days to
discuss next steps.
Will this satisfy CQC requirements?
Yes. Orta tracks everything CQC needs to see for regulations 17, 18, and 19. Export inspection-ready reports in seconds.
How are training expiries handled?
Automatic alerts at 90, 60, and 30 days. Managers see dashboards, staff get notifications. Block non-compliant staff from rotas if needed.
Can inspectors access the system directly?
